Russo MD Physicians


Robert D. Russo, M.D., F.A.C.R.

Certified by the American Board of Radiology in 1977, Dr. Robert D. Russo received his Medical Degree at Tulane University.  After completing his internship at Oschner Clinic and Hospital in New Orleans, Dr. Russo was a resident of the Radiology Department at Yale New Haven Hospital, where he was appointed Chief Resident in 1976.  Dr. Russo practiced Radiology at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, and served on the Board as Department Chairman from 1988 to 2003.  Dr. Russo is a fellow of the American College of Radiology and is Chief Executive Officer of Robert D. Russo, M.D. and Associates Radiology. 

Paul A. Aiello, M.D.

Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology, Dr. Paul Aiello received his Medical Degree at Boston University School of Medicine.  After completing his internship in Internal Medicine at Norwalk Hospital, Dr. Aiello was a resident of the Radiology Department at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, where he also served as Chief Resident.  Dr. Aiello is experienced in General Diagnostic Radiology with a subspecialty interest in Mammography, CT Scan, Ultrasound, and MRI.  Dr. Aiello also completed a Virtual Colonoscopy Fellowship at Boston Medical Center in Boston, MA.  Dr. Aiello is based at the Commerce Park Office at 4699 Main Street in Bridgeport.

Lewis M. Bader, M.D.

Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology in 1973, Dr. Lewis Bader received his Medical Degree at the State University of New York (S.U.N.Y.) Medical Center.  After completing his internship at St. Vincent's Hospital in New York City, Dr. Bader became Chief Resident of the New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center.  Dr. Bader was an attending Radiologist at Park City Hospital in Bridgeport, CT and served as Chairman of the Department of Radiology.  Dr. Bader was also a former President of the Bridgeport Medical Association.  Dr. Bader specializes in general radiology including Ultrasound, CT Scan, Mammography, and Spinal Pain Management.

John P. Donahue, M.D.

Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology in 1996, Dr. John Donahue received his Medical Degree from the Georgetown University School of Medicine.  After finishing his residency at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, Dr. Donahue became Chief Resident of Diagnostic Radiology.  Dr. Donahue accomplished a fellowship in Abdominal Imaging at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City.  Dr. Donahue specializes in General Radiology with a concentration in Spiral CT and MRI.  Dr. Donahue is based at the Stratford Office at 2909 Main Street.

Gioia Riccio, M.D.

Dr. Gioia Riccio received her Medical Degree from Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico.  Dr. Riccio completed her internship at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT where she became Chief Resident.  Dr. Riccio also completed a Women's Imaging Fellowship at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC.  Dr. Riccio specializes in general radiology and women's imaging including Ultrasound and Mammography Procedures. Dr. Riccio is the medical director of our Varicose Vein team at the Vein Center, located at 425 Post Road in Fairfield.

Gregory K. Russo, M.D.

Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology in 2007, Dr. Russo received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Fordham University in New York and his Medical Degree from Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. Following an Internship at New York Hospital Medical Center in New York, he completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Connecticut where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Russo also completed a Fellowship in Body Imaging at Yale-New Haven Hospital in Connecticut. Dr. Russo specializes in Body Imaging including CT, PET/CT, Ultrasound and MRI and practices at all of our office locations.

Kathleen M. Orazietti, P.A.C.

After receiving her Bachelors of Science and Pre-Medicine Degree at Assumption College, Kathy Orazietti earned her Physician Associate Degree from the Yale University School of Medicine in 1992.  Kathy is a certified CPR and Basic Life Support Instructor.  Kathy oversees all clinical management staff, and is the Chief Operating Officer of Robert D. Russo, M.D. and Associates Radiology. In addition Kathy is the assistant Medical Director for the Vein Center at our Fairfield office, 425 Post Road. Kathy practices at all office locations, and is based primarily at the 2660 Main Street Office in Bridgeport.
